betgee Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "betgee" refers to the online gaming platform operated at https://betgee.pro, including all sub-pages, gaming lobbies, betting interfaces, account systems, and associated services.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any natural person who has completed the betgee registration process and holds an active account in good standing.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered profile associated with a Member, including their wallet balance, transaction history, and gaming activity.
• "Real-Money Activity" refers to any deposit, wager, bet, or game played using actual PKR funds, as distinct from free-play or demo modes where available.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Member's account pursuant to a betgee promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum aggregate bet value a Member must place using Bonus Funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Platform Services" collectively refers to all gaming, betting, account management, payment, and support services made available by betgee to registered Members.

By completing the betgee registration process — including providing your personal details, confirming your age, and ticking the acceptance checkbox — you enter into a binding legal agreement with betgee and agree to be bound by:

• These Terms and Conditions in their current form;
• betgee's Privacy Policy as published at /privacy-policy;
• betgee's Responsible Gaming Policy as published at /responsible-gaming;
• Any specific promotional terms accompanying individual offers or bonuses; and
• Any applicable game-specific rules published within the Platform.

Your continued use of betgee following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To be eligible to register and participate in real-money gaming activities on betgee, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. betgee enforces a strict minimum age policy. Age verification may be required at any stage including at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or upon platform request.
2. You must be registering of your own free will and not at the direction or on behalf of another person.
3. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or imposed by betgee or any recognised gaming authority.
4. You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a betgee employee in a role that gives access to non-public operational information.
5. You must have the legal capacity under the laws of your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement.

betgee reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any eligibility criterion at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) betgee account. Registering or operating more than one account — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are required to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout your membership. betgee is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep registration details current.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betgee login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. betgee will never ask you for your full password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify betgee support immediately at [email protected].

5.1 Deposits. betgee accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All deposits are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction and are subject to change. Deposits are credited to your betgee wallet in real time for supported mobile payment methods and within standard banking processing times for bank transfers.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified, including any identity documentation requested by betgee.
• No active investigation, suspicious activity flag, or outstanding compliance review may be pending on the account.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must have been satisfied before bonus-converted funds can be withdrawn.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used in the corresponding funding cycle, subject to betgee's discretion.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering. betgee complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. betgee reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any account and to delay or decline withdrawal requests where AML obligations require further investigation. Unexplained or structurally suspicious deposit and withdrawal patterns will be reported to relevant authorities where legally required.

5.4 Currency. betgee operates exclusively in PKR. betgee is not responsible for any currency conversion charges applied by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or card issuer.

betgee offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing Members. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to an individual offer:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Members only. betgee reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each Member is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus through multiple accounts are treated as multi-accounting and constitute a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable multiplier and eligible games for each offer are specified in the promotional terms. Unless stated otherwise, bets placed on certain game types (including but not limited to live sports with odds below a specified threshold, or specific excluded slot titles) may not count towards wagering requirements.
• betgee reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or modify any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, Members who have already opted in and begun satisfying wagering requirements will be given a reasonable period to complete those requirements.
• Suspected abuse of promotional offers — including through bonus hunting, low-risk hedged betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine wagering intent — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

7.1 Bet Placement. All bets placed on betgee are subject to betgee's then-current betting rules for the relevant sport or event. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable odds and market terms. Bets accepted and confirmed are binding and may not be cancelled by the Member except where betgee's rules expressly permit cancellation.

7.2 Odds. betgee displays fractional, decimal, or moneyline odds as applicable. All odds are subject to change up until the point of bet confirmation. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the time betgee accepts your wager, as recorded in your betgee account bet history.

7.3 Void Bets. betgee reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) a palpable pricing error has occurred; (b) the event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond a specified window; (c) betgee determines that the integrity of the event is compromised; or (d) the bet was placed in contravention of these Terms or betgee's betting rules. Voided bets are returned at stake.

7.4 Maximum Winnings. betgee may apply maximum winnings limits per event, per day, or per market type. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and may be updated from time to time.

betgee Casino and all associated game titles — including slot games, live dealer tables, and specialty instant-win games such as Tower and God Fish Slicing — are governed by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined independently of betgee and are not subject to manipulation by betgee, its staff, or any third party.

Game results are final once confirmed. Technical malfunctions or disconnections during play are governed by betgee's technical error policy: where a game round cannot be completed due to a confirmed technical fault on betgee's infrastructure, the stake for that round is returned. betgee is not responsible for losses arising from connectivity issues on the Member's side, including mobile data dropouts or device failures.

betgee reserves the right to add, modify, or remove game titles at any time. The availability of a specific game title cannot be guaranteed on an ongoing basis.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on betgee and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or facilitating multi-account activity by a third party;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with betgee's platform;
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on betgee;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or pricing anomalies in betgee's systems for financial gain;
• Using betgee for money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime;
• Attempting to access betgee's systems, servers, or data beyond your authorised account scope;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your betgee account credentials or account access to any other person.

All content available on betgee — including but not limited to the betgee brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, text, graphics, game assets, and software — is the exclusive property of betgee or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use betgee's platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any betgee content without prior written consent from betgee.

betgee collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available in full at betgee's Privacy Policy page. By accepting these Terms, you also accept betgee's Privacy Policy.

betgee uses your personal data to: verify your identity; process transactions; provide customer support; comply with legal and regulatory obligations; detect and prevent fraud and prohibited conduct; and improve the Platform. betgee does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

betgee is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The following tools are available to all registered Members and can be accessed directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified duration of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 30 days);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your betgee account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of six (6) months.

betgee reserves the right to impose limits on any account where betgee reasonably believes a Member may be exhibiting signs of problem gambling, even if the Member has not requested such limits.

betgee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Member's account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity;
• Failure to provide requested identity or source-of-funds documentation;
• Underage gambling or misrepresentation of age;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding twenty-four (24) months;
• Betgee's receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Member or a recognised authority.

Members may close their betgee account voluntarily at any time by contacting betgee support. Upon voluntary closure in good standing, any remaining real-money balance (excluding pending bonus amounts subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via their last verified withdrawal method, subject to standard processing times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betgee's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

betgee shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses; (b) loss of profits, revenue, or data; (c) losses arising from reliance on information displayed on the Platform; (d) service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures; or (e) losses arising from a Member's failure to comply with these Terms.

Nothing in this clause limits betgee's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

betgee reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via email or prominent in-platform notification no less than seven (7) days before the amendments take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law, regulatory direction, or to address urgent security or integrity concerns.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of betgee following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

betgee operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence and complies with the standards of its licensing jurisdiction. These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with internationally accepted principles of online gaming regulation.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through betgee's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. betgee's internal complaints procedure requires Members to first submit a formal written complaint to [email protected], to which betgee will respond within ten (10) business days.
